To request an rDNS record or records to be submitted, please open a ticket with our Support department in the following format in order for it to be processed in a timely manner:


126.197.30.69.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR test.com.

This assumes:
IPv4 Address: 69.30.197.126
Hostname test.com

Note: Please make sure there is a period at the end of the domain name and that the IP address is in reverse order.

a.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.2.2.0.0.a.0.0.0.0.0.3.4.4.0.6.2.ip6.arpa. IN

This assumes:

Hostname notarealdomain.com
